These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter, the “Terms”) apply to every user (also referred to as “you,” “user,” or “buyer”) of the Website operated by the Company, and to all purchases made through the Website. By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. General Information

2. Intellectual Property Rights

3. User Account
3.1. To make purchases via the Website, you may be required to create a user account.

3.3. You must ensure that the email address provided in your account is valid and operational. The Company will use this address for communication relating to purchases and other matters.

4. User Age
4.1. The Company sells its products only to individuals aged eighteen (18) years or older.
4.2. If it comes to the Company’s attention that a user or buyer is under 18 years of age, the Company may cancel any transaction or close the related account.
5. Prices, Ordering, and Delivery
5.1. Prices
Unless otherwise stated on the Website, all prices displayed include applicable taxes. Additional costs for processing, packaging, and shipping may apply, and these shall be indicated separately prior to purchase. The Company reserves the right to adjust prices at any time and to correct pricing errors.
5.2. Placing of Orders
Orders may be placed exclusively through the webshop functionality on the Website.
- The Customer may select products by placing them into the shopping cart and proceeding to checkout.
- After checkout, the Customer will receive an automatic confirmation email and a pro forma invoice containing details of the order.
- An order shall be deemed accepted, and a binding contract formed, only upon the Company’s receipt of fifty percent (50%) of the total purchase price. Upon receipt of this deposit, the Company will issue a final invoice reflecting the payment.
- When the product is ready to be shipped, the Customer will receive a pro forma invoice for the remaining fifty percent (50%) of the total price. Once this payment has been received by the Company, the total purchase price is considered fully paid. The Customer will then receive a confirmation email containing the final invoice and all relevant information regarding shipping and handling.
Placement of items in the shopping cart does not constitute an order or create any obligations for the Customer or the Company, regardless of the Company’s awareness of such items.
5.3. Delivery
5.3.1. The Company undertakes to dispatch ordered goods within three (3) months following receipt of first payment.
5.3.2. Delivery is subject to the chosen shipping method, the carrier’s performance, and customs or regulatory requirements.
5.3.3. The Customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. The Customer bears all risks arising from incorrect or incomplete address details.
5.4. Shipping Insurance and Liability
At the time of ordering, the Customer may elect to purchase shipping insurance. Procuring such insurance is the sole responsibility of the Customer. The Company disclaims liability for loss, delay, damage, misdelivery, or non-delivery of goods during transportation. Any claims relating to insured shipments must be pursued directly with the carrier or insurance provider.
5.5. International Shipping and Customs
5.5.1. Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, taxes, inspections, and other requirements of the destination country.
5.5.2. All such charges and obligations rest exclusively with the Customer.
5.5.3. The Company is not responsible for delays, additional costs, seizure, or refusal of delivery arising from customs or governmental procedures.
5.6. Receipt of Goods
The Customer must ensure receipt of the goods at the specified address. Any returned deliveries shall be reshipped only after payment of repeated shipping costs by the Customer.
6. Warranty and Right of Withdrawal
6.1. Warranty
6.1.1. The Company provides a limited two-year warranty valid from the date of delivery.
6.1.2. The Company warrants that goods are free from material and manufacturing defects. Remedies are limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the purchase price.
6.1.3. The warranty is void if goods show signs of mechanical or chemical damage, attempts at disassembly or modification, immersion in liquids, exposure to aggressive environments, or misuse contrary to the user manual.
6.2. Consumer Right of Withdrawal
If you qualify as a consumer under applicable law, you have a statutory right of withdrawal.
- Goods must be returned in good condition, undamaged, unmodified, and complete with all accessories and documentation.
- The Company shall refund the purchase price upon timely receipt of returned goods.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer. Refunds will be made via the original payment method, subject to the provision of necessary details.
7. Liability
7.1. The Company provides information on the Website without express or implied warranty of accuracy, completeness, or suitability for a particular purpose.
7.2. The Website is provided on an “as-is” basis. The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted access or availability.
