A modern, universal multimode VCF and VCA combined in a single module, featuring an integrated mixer and overdrive functionality. Four selectable filter modes are available: 4-pole low-pass, 2-pole low-pass, 2-pole band-pass, and 2-pole high-pass.
In low-pass modes, Q-compensation is not only switchable but also adjustable, allowing you to fine-tune how much low-frequency content is restored after resonance boost.
For filter frequency control, in addition to a switchable V/OCT input (OFF / ½ / FULL tracking), there are three individually controllable frequency modulation inputs:
- FCV1 directly modulates the filter.
- FCV2 has a selectable modulation source: it can be the FCV2 input, the audio signal before the VCF (from the mixer), or the audio signal after the VCF.
- FCV3 also directly modulates the filter, but can be switched so that the incoming ENV signal controls the post-filter VCA. The VCA also has its own dedicated CV input.
Additionally, there is a controllable RESO CV input for resonance modulation.
The VCF features three controllable audio inputs. The pre-filter mixer stage can be overdriven, indicated by an LED — this results in an overdrive effect inherent to the mixer’s design.
The module provides separate outputs for the VCF, as well as both input and output for the VCA.
